Our bodies are meant to move. We are built to push, pull, lift, squat and more. Our gym is a functional fitness facility run by healthcare professionals. We are a community of people who come together and support a healthy lifestyle.

IT CAN LOOK INTIMIDATING, YES. But what you’ll find is that everyone in this gym is here to support one another. We are a close fit unit of people that workout together, go out to eat with each other, volunteer together, and support one another inside and outside of the gym.

We know you’re busy, that’s why we offer a wide variety of class times. Our morning schedule includes 5, 6, 7, and 9 AM. Our afternoon classes are at 4:15, 5:15, and 6:15pm.
